Commercial Lease Properties The Commercial Department for Haggard Property Group is comprised of 38 properties; 15 office buildings, 10 flex buildings, 6 retail centers, 2 industrial buildings, and 4 land leases. With the vast knowledge and capable staff at Haggard Property Group we are confident we will exceed any owner's expectations. Our goal is to take the work and worry from the property owner. We are here to take care of the property effectively and efficiently and do this through careful attention to detail and careful monitoring of the economics. We also believe that taking good care of our tenants is what makes a property successful. Retaining tenants is done by taking care of their needs; letting them know the property they are leasing is well maintained and the owners and staff care. We understand the property is a reflection on the tenant when clients come to see them. The commercial department is managed by Sandra Anderson, Senior Property Manager, who is responsible for leasing and managing the properties. Karen Case, Commercial Property Manger, maintains the properties and manages the maintenance staff and the contractors. Our maintenance staff includes, John Randle, Lead Building Engineer; Jason Wilder, Building Engineer; and Chris Wheeler and Mike Covey are Assistant Building Engineers.
